A full roof replacement on a multi-level home with a flat roof, a dormer and a shingled mansard section. The old roofing was worn, patched and stained, so the crew stripped it back and rebuilt the roof from the deck up. The first two images compare before and after from the same angle.
The Old Roof
Layers of worn roofing with patches and stains.
The flat roof was covered in aging layered roofing with visible seams, stains and patched areas, and the dormer roof was weathered and worn. Water had plenty of places to get in.
The New Roof
New decking, new membrane and new shingles.
The crew removed the old roofing and installed new plywood decking across the main and back roofs. A new smooth membrane now covers the flat sections, with fresh shingles on the dormer and sloped sides and flashing set around the chimneys.
