A rear addition finished in red siding with white trim, along with a new exposed aggregate concrete landing and steps and a flagstone path set in gravel. The gallery follows the work from slab to finished exterior.
The Addition
Built from the slab up.
The project started with a new concrete slab, followed by framing and house wrap. The finished addition has red siding, white trim, a new window and a black entry door beside a stone veneer pier, with outdoor lights on the wall.
The Concrete and Walkway
An aggregate landing with stone steps.
An exposed aggregate concrete landing and steps lead out from the French doors. A flagstone path set in a gravel bed winds through the yard and meets the steps.
